MFA Authenticator (referred to as "we") respects and protects the personal information and privacy of all users. In order to provide you with more accurate, personalized services and a safer internet environment, we have established principles for collecting/using/providing personal information based on the "Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China," "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," "Information Security Technology Personal Information Security Specification," and other related laws, regulations, and technical specifications. This policy is closely related to the products and/or services you use. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, login, and use our products and/or services (hereinafter referred to as "use our products and/or services"), we will handle and protect your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this policy. 5. Your account has security protection functions. Please keep your account and password information properly. We will back up to other servers, encrypt user passwords, and take related security measures to ensure the security, non-loss, abuse, and tampering of your information. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network. To prevent security incidents, we have established a sound warning mechanism and emergency plan in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. If a security incident does occur, we will promptly inform you of the relevant situation through email, letter, telephone, push notification, and other means. If it is difficult to inform each individual information subject, we will issue announcements in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will actively report to the regulatory authorities on the handling of personal information security incidents and closely cooperate with government agencies.
6. When our products or services cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting personal information. We will notify you of the above changes through push notifications, announcements, and other forms, and delete your personal information or anonymize it within a reasonable period of time. (The so-called "anonymization" refers to the process of making personal information unidentifiable and the processed information cannot be restored through technical processing. However, if you choose to reject cookies, you may not be able to log in or use MFA Authenticator platform services or functions that rely on cookies.
(3) The information obtained through cookies set by MFA Authenticator will be subject to this policy.
7. Protection of Minors
The following terms should be carefully read by minor users (especially children under the age of 14) with the accompaniment of their guardians, and the guardians should make a decision to accept or refuse this policy after fully understanding it:
If a user is a minor under the age of 18 (especially a child under the age of 14), they should read this agreement and use MFA Authenticator-related services under the supervision, guidance, and consent of their guardians.
We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. When filling in personal information, minor users should strengthen their awareness of personal protection and use MFA Authenticator-related services correctly under the guidance of their guardians.
8. How We Update the Privacy Policy
In order to provide you with better services, we will update the terms of this policy based on product updates and the requirements of laws and regulations. These updates will become part of this policy. Without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under the current effective policy. If this policy is updated, we will notify you through the APP client push notification or other reasonable methods so that you can understand the latest version of this policy in a timely manner.
